Opening the Chakras Meditation



Meditation is the food for the soul. It is a gateway whereby we can access the peace and tranquility of our true nature. Through the practice of meditation, we come to know and experience our subtle body system. 


Meditating on our Chakras (Chakras are centres of energy, located along the midline of the body) allows us to balance and centre ourselves. By having the Chakras balanced we feel more connected and grounded and more able to move freely in our day to day lives.

About Sara and Terry    
Sara and Terry are delighted to offer this evening of joy and light as an opportunity to take a break from the routines of daily life. They are students of Corelight Teacher Training program. They are daily practitioners of meditation. Terry is currently a student with the College of Ayurveda (UK) and Sara is a Reiki Master; she holds a Women’s Meditation Group and teaches Ritualistic Dance in Belfast.
